Practical, reflective conversations to help you think through career questions, transitions, and priorities.
Our Career Guidance Consultation gives you dedicated time to talk through a career question — whether that's a potential move, a return to the workforce, a change in direction, or simply a season of uncertainty.
We work with you to map out your own priorities and constraints, discuss the practical considerations involved, and think through possible next steps together. The session is collaborative: you leave with your own thinking organized, not with a prediction about outcomes.
This is an educational and reflective service. It does not replace professional career counselling, financial planning, or legal employment advice, and we encourage clients to consult licensed professionals for those needs.

A consultation is a structured, one-to-one conversation with a Kundlisathi consultant, conducted by phone or video call. Sessions are built around your questions and are intended to support reflection, clarity, and perspective — not to predict or guarantee outcomes.
You can start the process from our Consultation page. After you tell us a little about what you'd like to focus on, we'll follow up by email to confirm a convenient time.
Most sessions run between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the consultation type and the complexity of what you'd like to discuss. We'll confirm expected length when your session is scheduled.
