If you've never booked a consultation before, it's natural to wonder what actually happens on the call. In practice, a first session is closer to a structured conversation than any kind of performance or ritual.
Sessions typically open with a short check-in: what you'd like to focus on, and what a useful outcome would look like for you. This helps the consultant tailor the rest of the conversation to your actual priorities rather than a generic script.
From there, the bulk of the time is spent in guided conversation — questions, reflection, and discussion, paced to the topic and to you. You're welcome to steer the conversation, ask to slow down, or change direction if something else feels more relevant partway through.
Sessions close with a short recap: what was discussed, and any practical next steps you've identified for yourself. There's no pressure to commit to anything on the call, and no follow-up predictions are sent afterward.
If you're unsure which consultation type fits your situation, our Consultation page outlines each option, or you can simply reach out to support@kundlisathi.com and we'll help you figure out the right fit.
